Hey folks,

I have a 3.5 SE CVT Coupe and at about the 820 mile mark the Information Panel started showing this Maintenance Tire indicator. I did drive over a bumpy stretch of highway around the time the light went on but not enough to throw the wheels out of alignment and I haven't made any mods to the car at all.

I checked this forum and the manual (though not thoroughly) and couldn't find any info on this warning. Has anybody else had this issue?

many thanks

When you say information panel do you mean the warning lights on the gauges, or the LCD screen with the multiple pages of info (MPG's, temp, etc)?

ok if its just a light two things, either the stem caps are off, or the tire pressure is low.

Or if the maintenance light is going then I believe this is user programmed to a set distance.

You probably just need to reset the tire maintnence counter in the system. If you navigate through the menu, you can find that there are counters for your oil, oil filter, tire rotation, etc throughout the menu system (you can even create custom ones to go off every so many miles if you want). Flip through there and just reset your tire one.

that'd be why. you can actually choose different lengths of time till you get reminders for oil/tire maint.

have fun!

Well you should actually get your tires rotated before resetting the tire reminder...

i had a light on i cant remember what it looked like, something like a tiny light bulb but not quite, i had a screw in my tire, my pressure was at like 28psi instead of 32.

Even filling it back to 32 took a while before the light went away, then the light came back on after it went back to 28psi.

Maybe this will help maybe not.
