refer to this thread if you arent up to date.... http://www.nissaninfiniticlub....56400I went to Tire Kingdom today and i was getting ****in mad at the guy. I go there with the caliper that i was told to order. He goes "wheres the left one?""i need the left one?" "um ya" "i wasnt told that i had to""what did you get this from a salvage yard or somethin?""ya...." "half the peices are missing" "what do you mean?" then he tried to show me that it should just slide out. i said "ummm im pretty sure that that is how its made" "well ill go try, but if this cant get off then im gonna just get your car down and let you drive it home like it is" "what?" "its been taking up my lift for 2 days" then he told me something about how they usually dont work on used parts. i just told him i guarentee him itll work.then he went and he and one of his workers got it to work."well i managed to get it to work, but i dont know about that left one"i didnt even want to go and look at it. i just told him to just do what he can and ill get it in the morning.i will never go to Tire Kingdom again. and the only thing that stopped me from blowing up was the fact that my car was up on a lift with a caliper hanging off and i really didnt want to deal with trying to get it home.

I know plenty of places that will not deal with outside/used parts, period. The shop I work in uses this policy.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience, but when dealing with people you don't know and trust, and who don't know you from the next guy, it's hard to get good service.

yea, it's hard to find reliable service, try to stick with a place that you know well, and the people over there know you at least somewhat
