i dont have time atm, but search up the rim and you should find its specs, make sure its 6x137.9 for the bolt pattern ( please correct me if its 6x139.7 ) and you might have to bore out the centers like people did for the qx56 rims.

Unfortunately alexf20c is right, the Infiniti FX wheels are a 5 x 114.3mm lug pattern whereas your QX4 requires a 6 x 139.7mm lug pattern.
