Will 245/45s work on 17x8.5 +25 all around on an S14 with little to no fender work?

Yes. Thats a pretty wide size for that rim though, Id probably go with 235/45.

I have 225/45's on that same sized rim but its on an s13. Let me guess, your getting D2's?

245/45 is a huge rolling diameter. You should probably go with 245/40 if you are stuck on 245s. Either way, 235s would be a better choice, especially if you plan on going fairly low with coilovers.

Yeah I want 245/40 but I don't think they make the RT-615s in that size. I could bump it up to 255/40 in the rear and 235/40 up front. Don't think a 255 will fair too well on a 8.5in wheel though, right?

Then just run 235/40 all around, or go with 245/40 Hankook RS2s (cheaper and competitive with the 615) all around.

255 615s would work on an 8.5" wheel, but definately would not be ideal.

I'm going for the 235/40. I wanted the 245 since I'm running a fair amount of HP. We'll see how they hold up.

Good decision. Got 235/40 17 for 17x8 rims myself recently...
