Tire choices

Currently in the market for new wheels and tires. I've decided on the wheels and tire size but my last question is on tire brand and type. I live in North jersey where we experience all types of weather and even though I would like to ideally use my new wheels as "good weather seasonal", I can't assure myself that I'll change my wheels when winter comes around. So with that being said, I'm currently looking at the following:

1. Yokohama AVID ENVigor (W)
2. Kumho Ecsta LX Platinum
3. Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105
4. Continental ExtremeContact DWS

I'd like to hear any opinions or first hand experiences people might have/had with those tires and also open to any suggestions.

Hey i live in North NJ as well and I recently put on the Continental DWS before the days of the heavy rains a few weeks back. had no hydroplaning at all in flooded roads doing 70-80 mph on I80 and I287.
