Tire Advise on stock rims Nexen vs. Falken

Hi all,

I'm in the process of getting new tires and have narrowed it down to two options for my 240.

I was curious if anyone has ever had any Nexen N2000 or Falken 512 tires or could give me some advise on which one to pick.

I'm just going to replace my existing tires on the stock 16" rims. Size is around 205/55/R16

the falken 512s are a good all around tire. nothing to call home about, but all in all ok. the nexxan if i remember is a cheap knock off tire.

falken 512 is a good tire for the price...ive never even heard of Nexen tires

another vote for the falkens. we use them alot on the dd's for the fam and they are great for the price.

I have a set of Nexen tires that came on the wheels I bought. I've had them a year and it's already time for them to be replaced. The tread doesn't last long at all. I have them on a J30, btw.

I bought a cheap pair of nexens because I needed new front tires. They are complete crap, I almost plowed off a offramp during light rain. If you are looking for cheap and care about performance Nexen is your tire.
