Oh boy, you're in for a lot of fun like 4 to 8 hours worth.

Enjoy.

Put the bushings in the freezer for a few hours, grease them up with the grease that should have come with them, put a piece of wood over the bushing and hammer it in. No need for a press.

but that's assuming you got the old bushings out. some are pretty hard to get out and you may damage some of the parts if you're careless. I'd recomend the press, and for some bushings like your subframe, you'll need a press to get them out.

A propane torch works wonders to remove old bushings, including subframe bushings. You just have to make sure you clean it out good after you burn the bushing out. I've done the freezer trick with many rubber and polyurethane bushings and never had a problem. You just have to be careful.
