If you have any tips and tricks that you've discovered about your G35, please post them here. I know that I keep finding little things about my x that I didn't know. Such as pressing the display button while listening to XM will change the display to show the artist name or song title. I found a lot of the little tidbits on this forum and thought it might be nice to get them in one thread on here. Share what others may not know... Happy driving!

---- question for all, is there a way to make the doors automatically unlock when you put the car in park and lock when it's taken out of park??

couple other tidbits-

if you press and hold both the lock and unlock on the keyfob, you can change whether or not the horn honks when it's locked

if you press the button on the door twice, it'll unlock all doors, press once and it only open the drivers door

I believe you can buy an aftermarket device that will do this for you...just as you can buy something that will allow the windows to roll up using the key fob.

DO NOT USE MAGNETS ON YOUR CAR!!! Ok well I am in the Army and I had always placed a "support our troops" magnet on my car and replaced it when the color got faded....well the last magnet I put on did not want to come off....it actually seemed to melt to my trunk...I talked to somebody about it and they said that they probably have plastic in them to keep them really flexible...so if you have a magnet I suggest taking it off immediately....I scraped the **** out of my paint getting it off

When I had a magnet on my truck, I removed it and cleaned the magnet/area weekly to avoid it sticking to the paint. Never had a problem.
