TIP retard on autos- need a yes or no

Does this exist on autos including zenkis. I read one post that I found in a search, but I didn't come away with a clear answer. All I know is I did some testing on my own on a empty street, and from a dead stop I floored it and couldn't peel,spin,chirp, etc. However, I was out with a friend the other night and by suprise on a tight u-turn I get a chirp. Later on caught another tigh u turn and I did it again. Not that Im the tip to show of burnin rubber, but I was a littel confused that I couldn't do anything from a dead stop. However it could be an advantage for traction I guess?

So anyone know for sure if it exists?

yeah i tried that 2 nothing happend for me i think 1 time something happend i dun member it may have been in rain haha

I mean I really don't care, not like I'm gonna cry a river if I can't, but I just like to know the in and outs of my car as much as possible. So if it can't do something, I kinda like to know why.

When I sit back and think about it, it might be good if you race and you need the traction off the line, but if you can't use all the power it kinda hurts.
