tinting 04 g35 sedan tail lights

i have a 04 g35 desert platinum sedan and i was wondering what kind of tint i should do on my tail lights...there is light smoke and dark smoke...i also have the black lip that goes all the way around the car and people have told me that it should compliment the tinted tail lights..but im unsure as to how dark i should go..also i plan on doing the headlights as well and i know for sure that i want to go light with that...let me hear some opinions...this is an alternative i have thought about instead of going with the 05-06 sedan tail lights (which are too expensive but i really want)
