Let me know how it feels driving at night with that tintmarcelo929 wrote:Just tinted my windows today 20% all around (except for front windshield of course) and it looks great during the day. a whole lot less light coming in yet great visibility. I haven't driven it at night so ill update tommorow on how night driving is
What do you mean "may get some getting used to..?" hahamarcelo929 wrote:So I got a chance to drive it at night, it may get some getting used to but its definetly worth it
i'm thinking about getting tints as well. but i was thinking 15-20% all around. why is the 25/35 bugging you?Rob.Vegan wrote:Im looking forward to moving down to 5% pretty soon, the 25/35 is really bugging me
TRUST me on this one i have had 20% on my last can and my sis has 5% and nither are good i have i believe 30-35% donebyt the dealer. This is perfect bc its not too much. m The main problem about having it darker is nighttime. It is alot harder to see things when turning. ut again its all preferance2.5s mila wrote:

Well in the daytime, looking straight in from the driver/passenger door, you can barely tell it's tinted, everything in my car is plainly visible (except the backseat)I wanted 5% originally but got the 25/35 due to me not wanting my car to be a cop magnet. I can't hide from them anymore there is something illegal on every side of my car (front: no license plate side: window tint rear: non reflective taillights)2.5s mila wrote:

i'm totally with you on this one. I didn't want to get too dark of tint in front and get pulled over by the cops. so I ended up getting 35 in the front, and 5 on the back 2 small windows n rear. but after a while, it just looks to light for my taste. and i want to get it darker, but man, sum cops can be real d!ck sometimes.Rob.Vegan wrote:Well in the daytime, looking straight in from the driver/passenger door, you can barely tell it's tinted, everything in my car is plainly visible (except the backseat)I wanted 5% originally but got the 25/35 due to me not wanting my car to be a cop magnet. I don't want people to be able to look into my car when I'm not there. I never leave anything of value in plain sight but just the thought of someone else leaving something (wallet, ipod etc) or when I get my headunit. I don't want anyone I don't know to know I have it.
oo. i see. but at night, your windows look dark right? is there any kind of tints or way to keep tints from turning purple? a few of my friends have had this problem.also, would you happen to know any reputable places that do tints in the new york/ new jersey area?Rob.Vegan wrote:
