Tint scare

So I've had my rear window redone after the shop goofed up the first attempt.

They got the dot matrix right both times but they really mess everything else up. Its been a week since it was redone and now I see bubble all across the back, easily noticeable, I also see what looks like scratches on the tint or maybe its the glass?? I wonder if they could've scratched the glass when removing the old tint. Im pretty upset with them and don't even want them to try another fix if they're just gonna damage the glass!

So, basically is it possible that the glass could've been scratched when they removed the old tint? and could that screw me over if I get it re-tinted? (theres quite a few scratches all over the perimiter)

The bubbles is all the installer's fault. You will see a few small bubbles but after a few days they go away, however larger bubbles are not acceptable if done by a professional installer.

Scratches could be on the tint or on the window. Hard to tell without taking the tint back off.
