turbo running good at 4psi boost. I never touched the timming yet. Should I?

Well, I don't know who Tim is and why he's being that way; perhaps you meant "timing"? Hehe ... Also, break it, then improve upon it (disclaimer: only if you know what you're doing).

I don't like the idea of changing the timing unless your using a standalone and can retard timing under boost only. Retarding timing off boost reduces alot of performance and driveability.
