how do I adjust the timing in my car?( s14 240)

Ignition or Valve timing.

np. To adjust valve timing you will need a set of adjustible cam gears. For best results you will also want to know what the timing should be. When you purchase aftermarket cams you will often have optimal timing listed on info that comes with them. If you are using stock cams or didnt get that information you may have alot of dyno time needed to adjust them and test to get best results.
