Two weeks ago I had my timing changed at a dealer and the car is not running smooth as I first brought it in.

I am hearing a knocking noise nowLoss powershakes alittle.

Is this timimg off?

Please clarify, knocking as in detonation or in metal on metal concussions? How does it idle? Any reluctance to start? Higher rpm performance?

your problem has nothing to do with a timing chain , the time has come to go to a specialist engine tune and diagnostic /repair shop

It could have been set improperly, but why did you have the dealer doing the timing in the first place? Was there something else going on?
