I was needing to know what timing number I should be seeing while cranking a S13 ka24e over? I realize it should be 15 degrees at idle, the problem is I can't get it to start it just cranks and cranks.... If I check timing while cranking it, the timing light shows 0degrees, is that right? Id imagine it would be pretty advanced for intial start up. If someone would would pull there fuel pump fuse and check there timing while cranking it id appreciate it.

Did you put the timing at TDC and lined up the distributor with cyclinder #1. That happened to me and the car wouldn't crank and to find out it was off by 2 teeth on the Dizzy timing..I hope this helps..
