We re-timed my turbo set up to stock timing. After that I noticed my rpms had went up to 1500 so then I was told to adjust the screw in back of manifold that changes the air so seemed to work.Just had my new 3" pipe and Apex 1 exhaust installed. Was driving down the freeway when I noticed that when I punch it and shift into 4th & 5th my car seems to not want to go pass 4000 k.Sort of like it pulls back. That is all I have done the pass few days that change was the timing and exhaust. Now I am confused of why the car is reacting like that.Any suggestions???

well unless you adjusted your timing the right way and had the idle around 750, then i would say that your timing might be off. Only thing i can think of.

Actually what I think is happening is that I am only boosting around 5-6lbs so my turbo is not boosting anymore while I am trying to press the pedal for more power.I am going to install my boost controller tomorrow and see what happens.

You should scrap the theory you have because its not feasible. Your boost levels have nothing to do with you not being able to rev.

If you cant rev over 4g's then you have some timing issue. Get a timing light and see where your at.

I wouldn't do that until I can get to redline in 2nd gear. There's a reason why your ECU is limiting your rev's to 4k.

Its more like i get to 4k and my rpm wants to keep going but the boost is not there anymore. So it feels like it doesn't want to go.Does that make sense?

No, does it rev over 4k or not, yes or no.
