timing problems!!!!!!!

I installed a altima cam for my intake and now it won't start. i think i messed up the timing. can someone please help me with the camshaft, timing chain and distributor timing.

Search fool before you get lit up

if you installed the cam right then you are probably just 1 or 2 or however many teeth off on your timing chain
