yeah, they are off by about 1 tooth on each one. I have had my car sitting for like 3 weeks now because of this same problem. I got mine to line up perfectly and it wouldnt even start. I was able to get it to run when it was 1 tooth off amost like the way yors is set but it idles like poo. it has me completly confused. what I did was make sure it is completly at tdc,you do this by putting a screwdriver or somekind of long tool in the #1 cyl, then rotate it till it doent come up anymore. then clean your plugs and cyl, with out fuel in them, you can do this by removing the fuel pump fuse. then try to align the cams with the front #1 cyl, lobes facing away from eachother you can also do a compession test you should be looking for like 150psi and if it is like my engine it wont even start if it is below that. if it is below that then yor cams are probably misaligned. I hope this helps and I wish you get your car started. I will be taking mine to a shop tomorrow

good to hear it! does it run o.k.? and does the cam timing look like it should in the shop manual or the jwt website? because I set mine perfectly do the shop manual and it didnt even start! I then ran a comp, test and it was at around 120psi which is really low! if I take it up one tooth it jumps to 150psi but will not idle. Im having it looked at tommorow.

Did you compression test all of your cylinders, did you accidentally screw up and bend a valve, is you ignition timing on.... all things to look at
