Just curious where everyone has their timing set at? The FSM says 15 degrees + or - 2 degrees......., but can I safely take it slightly higher? And it looks like the 2nd tick mark from the right on the crank pulley is the 15 degree mark? If so, then I would assume the last one on the right is the 20 degree mark? Thanks

Advancing the timing is up to you, but if you're only running 91 octane, I wouldn't recommend it. It might be OK to add a couple of degree's of timing with 93 octane, but that would be about it. Remember, the CA doesn't like a lot of timing, and if the car doesn't feel any faster, I wouldn't leave it that way.

Yes, the second timing mark from the right is the 15° BTDC mark, and the one furthest to the right is 20° BTDC.

If the ca-det is anything like the ca-et, throttle feels crisper at 17-18 degrees than at the stock 15 degrees.I may advance it, halfway between the 15 degree mark and the 20 degree mark, and see if it feels crisper......cause right now it feels kinda sluggish under light throttle @ 15 degrees

That is most likely the difference in head design right there. Although the CA18ET is prob a pentroof chamber style head, IIRC, the spark plug is on one side of the combustion chamber. This means the flame front has a much farther area to travel across and will allow for more timing.
