The lower right chart is the values that SHOULD be entered into the ignition map in emanage after the injector correction, base timing, and load correction (for timing) have been taken into account.
The assumptions that I've made are:
1) The correction factor (old injector ccs divided by new injector ccs) gets multiplied with the load values and the new load value is rounded to the nearest integer. This needs to be verified.
2) The boost vs rpm and load chart (top right) was done by guesswork. I know this chart needs some work, and if any of you experts would like to fill it in more accurately, be my guess
3) Load range is derived from MAF voltage? In all the charts, there are 16 entries labeled 1-16. Does that mean each column represents 5/16, or 0.3125V over the last?
Please critique/criticize/comment on the charts. Thanks. This is for a KA24DE turbo @ 0.5bar.
