ok, I bought this thing as a basket case.... I know.....Anyway, this is what I know about it. its a KA24DE, with cam swap 248/232. HKS catback and some sort of header. This motor was all apart when I got it. ( I work as a tech @ a toyota dealer) I need to know where the main timing chain needs to be and the the upper chain with my cam setup. If anyone has some answers I would love to hear them. Pics would be nice too! I have rehoened the block put new rings and all new seals, the typical things. Only reason I'm asking is because our alldata is about worthless. And a chilton manual is not specific on where to line up the main chain. Toyota doesnt make anything like this that I've seen. Are there marks on the block to time the crank? And the samething for the top gear for the main chain? I couldnt find any. Thanks guys and gals
