timing light help?

what is the procedure and process for setting the timing with a timing light on a 240?... i have a 92 fastback with the ka24de still in there... i was wondering what u disconnect and stuff and the steps for using a timing light on these...

follow instructions that came with light. look up timing in tutorial link in my signature
