Timing is Off

Including IL, IN, KY, TN, MI, and OH

i replaced my headgasket and did all that stuff.Set timing to what i thought it was but now it will not start. Spark and fuel but no start.I am looking for someone to come out and help me figure thig out.Im pretty sure its just my timing being off 180 or even 360.The motor is a KA24DE.I live in novi. thanks
