Thanks for all the spirited feedback all ya'll usually leave. Does anyone have an idea waht it'll cost to have the components removed and guides inspected to see if they've been done by a previous owner? What's gonna need to be removed? please list..

You gotta take off the accessory drive and the crank pulley and then remove the front cover..... $500 id say would get that done for you but by that time you might as well replace the guides while your in there.....

The good news is that you're located in Georgia, so easy driving distance to T3 in Atlanta. If your 90 has the original RTV sealant on the front cover (it should be a powder blue color) - it probably has the plastic guides.

To amplify what Heath said, it is well worth it to let T-3 go over it in any case to determine a maintnance triage strategy. What did your pre-buy inspection by an Infiniti senior technician reveal?

If you didn't get one, all the more reason to get to T-3 ASAP.
