Well removed my timing guides today and they got some wear on them.My engine has 180k on it.Tensioner was a bit stiff but still had cover once I took the cover off it was pretty easy going in and out. Seems like chain is just loose a little.Any opinions?Or just not worry about it.Going to be turboed in a week....

does it rattle less now? also did you reuse the gasket or get new ones...i'm turboing too but am wondering if i should do this mod.

I got new gaskets.Autozone is a rip I think.$19 then $3 for rtv
