Nissan Techs.. I need some Help!!! I'm helping my son replace the head and timing chains on his 92 240SX (KA24DE) DOHC. I'm an old small block chevy guy and have never messed with DOHC engines. Chiltons manual really stinks for this engine as far as assembly goes. Getting the head on and the engine TDC is no problem.. I understand the mating marks on the crank/idler gear/ cam gears.... It's the alignment of all these marks in relation to the mating links on the chains I'm not too confident with. Can anyone give me a good diagram or source for one. I don't need any bent valves and believe in getting it right the first time. I've got it down to nothing but a bare block with pistons and a crank. Ready to put back together. Just taking it apart has been an experiance filled with plenty of colorful words.. I need to get this car back on the road...He's driving my truck and I want it back.....Thanks
