timing chain tensioner sleeve?

Hi,everyone I have a quick question?How do you get the bar back to but the pin in and wat kind of tool do u use on it the bar has to much pressure u cant pull it back so plz people let me kno how u do it thanks alot

My,son finished typing the post earlier.So let me refraze the post.We are doing a waterpump on his maxima,going pretty good until we got to the timing chain tensioner sleeve.Unless I'm missing something I cant for the life of me fiqure a way to get the sleeve in?So thats where we are now,We need help!!!!!! thanks in advance mike
