Timing Chain

so Freakin my timing chain is going crazy and I have had my 240sx for a couple weeks now can anyone give me any tips on how to change it the quick way

Use the flashing SEARCH button on your screen....And there is no "Quick" way. Your talking a couple hours IF you don't f**k anything up along the way. Good Luck and welcome
