any of you guys or girls know if there is an easy way to do a timing chain replacement job on a 1989 240sx with a KA24E motor. rather than taking the entire front of the car apart or taking the motor out? let me know what you can come up with.

the sohc needs no such crap and fail. look over the procedure for the SOHC, not the DOHC.

btw, if you do plan on doing a chain job, for the most part, the front of the motor does come off, regardless of SOHC or DOHC. Just a difference of hours if the oil pan needs to drop or not.
