timing chain replacement question

just a quick question... when you replace the timing chain you need to remove the oil pan right? and i read a post about the parts....the 91 se-r timing part are the same and will work correct? im going to bring the car into the shop next week for the leak from the oil pan and figured its about time to change the timing chain anyway so if the oil pan needs to come off might as well kill 2 birds with one stone and get it all done. thanks for any help.

Yes you should remove the oil pan to change the chain. Yes the chain is the same on the SER as it is on the RWD SR's.

good good so ill just tell the guy to order whatever parts he needs for a 91 ser...thanx alot.
