timing chain problem- pls help-asap

i got the all the timing marks lined up and the # 1 piston is at tdc. then i'll rotate the engine and the timing marks never line back up. help please asap

The marks aren't supposed to line back up. Just as long as you lined them up correctly at TDC and you can turn the motor all the way around with no restriction, you should be ok.
