Timing chain noise after waterpump repair

I'm asking a question on how to fix this problem ?

I'm no expert, but I did replace my water pump recently (and I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express!). Can you describe the noise? I had some rattling at first until the chain tensioner got enough oil pressure behind it.

It sounds like the timing chain is beating against the cover back by the tensioner.

I'd pull that access cover and double check the tensioner.

I have done that about 22 times at least. We have rotated the chain 20 degrees forward every time also since someone else directed me to do so.
I live in the Vancouver BC area and the car is south of Seattle, so tomorrow...I hope is "Good Friday" for the car also. I too have stayed at a "Holiday Inn Express"
but must have been getting high since nothing ever goes easy for me.
