ill be doing a top end rebuild w/ all new gaskets(just replaced mine 4 months ago) reseating the vlaves, new valve seals, and new timing chains(top and bottom)

i was just going to replace the top timing chain but the kit from FRsport.com comes w/ both so i might as well do both...

my question is, is there a tool for putting a new timing chain on? cuz it was hard to put the old one on last time...Anyone have a tutorial on how to install a new timing chain?

suggestions are greatly appreciated

I just did this. There is no tool needed to install it. Here is the best thread EVER!

It helps alot. As far as getting the upper timeing chain on. Get everything in the right location, then take the sprocket off the exhasut cam. This makes it very easy to slide the upper chain on. Boom, done.
