Car has been messing up and can't rev etc. etc. New engine built. Opened it up and adjusted the intake cam. One problem fixed but another one created. Exhaust needed to be adjusted as well. Opened it up again tonight to do a quick fix and chain is nowhere near where it was last night in accordance with the chain links.Where I was last night at TDC before driving the car...Where it is now.

From this picture. Car is at TDC. Do I just remove the cam bolts and move the chain to the correct location and then tighten back up?

OK,you cant really go by the marks on the chain once the engine has been run, because the gear ratios are different and the will only lign up once in a blue moon, after that its all over, so you pretty much have to get it so your marks on your SPROCKETS are at 10&2 so it looks like you have to rotate your exhaust cam 1 tooth CCW. try that and let me know how the car pulls.Oh and always with messing with cam timing, its a good idea to crank the motor by hand before starting it, just to make sure none of the valves hit the pistons. Make sure you unplug your coil so the motor doesnt start and rip your freggin arm off. Might sound like a PITA but its worth it to not have to rebuild the head/buy another piston... trust me i know.

It looks like the exhaust is off one tooth. First make sure that cylinder #1 is at TDC on the COMPRESSION STROKE. Now you can remove one or both cam gears to reposition the cam(s). Here's a picture:
