Well I dont know tons about it but from what i do know, Nissan used a timing chain becasue it doesnt need to be serviced as often or as much as a timing belt and I think you dont need to worry about doing it just yet. Also i dont know if you have looked into the price of doing it but im pretty sure it will be extremly expensive! Someone esle more Knowledgeable will reply soon and then you'll know..

Dealer is correct. Timing chain should never need to be replaced or even adjusted unless something goes wrong. Timing belts are regular maintenance items, but chains don't stretch or wear much. Certainly at only 120k there's nothing to worry about (even for belts, change interval is 90k miles).

It might be worth it to have the trans service done, depending on what's involved. Transmission will probably be the first major item to fail on the car, since everything else is so stout, so you might as well prolong it as long as possible (not to scare you--you should have a lot of life left in your transmission). The dealer has the equipment to exchange more fluid than you'd be able to in your driveway and to make sure the transmission cooling system is nice and clear (a properly cooled trans will last much longer).

The rest is either unnecessary or can be done in your driveway. If the car passes emissions fine, the "emissions service" isn't necessary.

Brake flush might or might not help, depending on how your car is doing and how old your fluid is (older fluid is more likely to have higher moisture content, and moisture makes brake fluid acidic--flushing acidic fluid can be beneficial).

You can drain and fill coolant yourself in your driveway. Or can probably pay an independent shop to do it for less than the dealer. Or you can have the dealer do it.

Unless there has been a lot of hot rodding with the car, I will betthe timing chain is ok. Sounds like the dealer is not pushing thisitem on you too. Ditto on the Minister of Dooms comments.
