i put different cams in my 240 and now need to figure out the way every thing is sposed to be like all of the timeing marks and how to put every thing in time so when i start it i wont bend my valves and have to replace them anyone know how to do it and could give the the step by step i would greatly appreciate it thanks!!

Wait what?

1. Search. If it's a chain related issue like how to install the chain, you can search it. Discussed and you'll probably find it in the archives or in the articles.2. Pull the head if you're having doubt about the condition of the pistons and valves and don't want to buy other tools. That's if you've already messed up the timing and already have suspicion on the valves slamming into the pistons. 3. Please do us all a favor and instead of a run-on with incomplete thoughts, make them into sentences. At least that way we will all have a better idea of what your question is and will be better able to answer it.

sorry but no every thing is put togther i swapped my cams out and im not really happy with the job the guy did so i wanted to do it myself to make sure everything was in order but i dont know where to set every thing
