Timing Belt Time - Are these parts good quality?

I have a 1998 Infiniti QX4 that is overdue for it's timing belt change. I found this kit for $239.10. It seems fairly complete. The only thing I see missing is the bypass hose. I'd like your expert opinion as to what else may be missing and the quality of the included parts. Thanks!

the mitsubishi (or is it mitsuboshi) timing belt is the best since they are the same company that makes the OEM nissan belts. So the belt you have on there right now is the same brand.

Thats also the same one i use.

from a quick glance, that list looks perfect.
