Does the tensioner need to be replaced when I replace the timing belt? Wasn't sure if that was necessary.

Replacing the tensioner too. Mechanic said that he could move it with his hand. Better safe than sorry. The J is bleeding bad and this trip to the ER is gonna cost me.
