timing belt

ok dont know how it happened but it did. when i was changing the timing belt pulleys and pulley tensioners i accidently hit the left cam sproket and dont no which way it went. no im having trouble trying to figure out if this will throw my timing off or not, if so how do i go about fixing this please help any and all information will help tremendously.

The sprocket moved to the neutral position. You should be able to simply move it back to where it is TDC. Do it carefully, feel for any interference, but you should have no problem. I had this happen on my right side sprocket once (passenger) side. I was able to move it back to the proper position with no trouble. It will take some force to do this as you are pushing down a valve. As long as you haven't moved the crank and started where everything was at TDC on #1, you will be fine.
