Timing Belt Snapped!
About a month ago after finally getting my engine freshly rebuilt w/Cp pistons and more, the one thing I forgot to change was the Timing Belt Tensioner! Well aparrently that seized up on me and snapped the timing belt. Bent valves and all! The pistons are ok, so thats good. Rebuilding the rebuilt head again. Yea. I wont be so dumb next time.

wow, sorry to hear that man.
You might want to do the water pump and front main seal (cheap) while you have the front of the engine off.

he must have meant timing chain...
come to think of it, probably the chain didnt "snap" maybe it jumped a tooth on the sprocket or something?
In any case, that sucks......
so that makes our engines interference engines right?
