Timing Belt Replacement & Under Drive/Overdrive Pulley

I'm about to tackle a timing belt replacement and am thinking of changing my pulleys to unorthodox underdrive and an overdrive for the water pump. My questions are :

Is it worthwhile
Should I do just the crank and water pump or all
Is 12-18hp increase realistic or not
Is unorthodox the best brand to use
Who do you recommend as a supplier for parts...thinking of COZ

i can't really speak for the NA performance gains, but they were very noticeable with the TT on the highway. i would definitely do it again. doing anything more than the crank and od water pump is purely for show, does literally nothing.

unorthodox is quality brand.

i have bought most of my parts through coz, as his prices are usually the best and he responds to emails fast. he has seen the last of my business though, due to some recent shadyness.

i currently have the AMS crank and waterpump pulley that i got from z1. Noticeable difference on a TT. Not sure what it would do on an NA. Its a good mod to have nonetheless
