Timing Belt Questions For 93Max

I have a super clean 93 Maxima with 100k miles on it and I think it's time for a new timing belt.

So my questions are:

1. What is the going rate for this type of job?

2. Does anybody know of a good shop for Nissans in the North Wales, Pa area?

3. It looks as if Gates makes the best belts am I right??
