Timing belt on 1999 infiniti I30

I have a 1999 infiniti I30 with 117,500 mi. When should I have the timing belt and water pump changed? Also what is an estimate on the parts?

I wouldn't replace the water pump unless you have to, or if you have the motor out of the car. It's not an easy task.
