Can someone send me the direction in ENGLISH to properly install the timing belt on an RB25DET?

Assuming you already installed the tensioner and idler:

1) align the crank timing pulley alignment mark to oil pump housing alignment mark. (no. 1 cylinder TDC)

2) align cam pulley alignment mark to each belt cover alignment mark.

3) insert wrench to tensioner pulley hexagon hole and turn it clockwise to temporarily tighten the installation nut.

4) align timing belt and each pulley alignment mark to install the timing belt.

5) adjust the timing belt tension a) the spark plugs removed turn the crankshaft clockwise twice with the tensioner pulley installation bolt in loose condition b) insert wrench to tensioner pulley hexagon hole to fix the tensioner pullet to tighten the installation boltstorque 43-58N-m

No mention of belt tension but I think it may be 44lbs.
