That is what you will need for a complete overhaul. I just did this 3 weeks ago. Do not skimp on anything in that kit. Make sure you install everything. It took me two days since I was interrupted to work on 2 other things. You should be able to do it in a day. It should be $400 and under for labor just for the belt/waterpump. The oil seal installs will cost extra since it entails removing the intake/exhaust sprockets and the crank sprocket....can be quite a juggernaut, be warned. Not a rocket scientist job..but not a walk in the park either.. Any 300zx specialist shop will be able to do it since the 300zx shares the same engine with the J30. Good luck.
