Timing a ka24de from scratch! Help! what marks go where?

Did a headgasket, and long story short i lost all positioning i had previous to tear down.

When on TDC (second mark from the farthest left on the crank pulley), should the upper part of the lower chain (the top gear that is connected to the crank) align the discolored chain with the indent on the larger cam sprocket?

And if so, then how do i align the cams? The notch on the upper chain's main sprocket aligns with the silver colored chain link, and the two darker chain links align with the notches on the cam gears according to the Wolfe cam install guide?

Im so lost and the car wont start!
