Its that time of my life where I have to sell the car to pay off some bills because my work decided to let me go. I guess just to get a rough estimate, how much do you think this would be worth

Lets see

180k on chassis40k on full motor rebuild - ARP studs and bolts, clevite bearings and felpro hg.35k on transMegan Racing Street CoilsSilvia front with Dual Projector Lights and GTR grillEuro Tails5 Lug swap and j30 brakesNew topS14 front seats

The bad

a little bit of rust where a sideskirt would go, (cant really explain)one fender is bent slightlybusted trunkcarpet is pretty crappy

I really really really dont want to let it go but I gotta pay these bills before the end of the month

I always thought it would be cool if the midget joined the vert club...

It sucks that it came down to selling it man, thats the worst. I think 3.5k is about right, for all the work you put in. The back window needs some work, and thats going to be like 600 for the new owner.

Sorry to hear about your bad news, RJ.

Have you considered getting a loan or borrowing from your 401k before getting rid of the car? Is it your primary source of transportation or do you have other cars? Worked there long enough to file for unemployment?

If you don't need the 4k right away, I would even try to just sell smaller parts off - like maybe the coilovers & get stock shocks for a while, or sell front end to someone w/ white stock front.

If you have 5-spd & fix the rear window, it's definitely worth around 4k. However, I don't know how hot the 240 vert segment is on your coast, but ppl are having a hard time selling most verts for even close to what they are worth in cali right now. Also, needing to pay bills isn't helping you sell it @ a fair price either.
