Time to put new transmission oil and which one to go?

It is time for me to put new transmission oil and I don't know which bottle to choose from local automotive store.

Which transmission oil do you recommand? How many quarts do I need?

for manual, i went with mobil 1 75-90 synthetic. i think you need about 2.5 quarts but you can just fill up till it spills out the side =)

just make sure its not GL5 and you are good.

Can't find a place that sells Redline MT-90 or Mobile 1 70-90 here in northern nj. Places like Strauss Auto or Pepboys don't carry them. Does any one know where I can find redline MT-90 or Mobile 1 in Northern nj?
