Do they wear evenly? I'd hate to jack up expensive rotors and not be able to resurface them.SteveTheTech wrote:I am not the hugest fan of them they do work but if you are looking for an economical way of going about it, try something like Brembo blanks. They cannot be resurfaced in most places since the absolutely detroy bits(learned from experience) I am ordering a set of round house brembos blanks and pads for wifies' Acura.
Hahahaha. I think I got 10k per set of front pads on my I30 (powerslot/hawk combo). Then again, I used to drive hard and around town a lot.SteveTheTech wrote: She tore through factory replacement pads and rotors in <30K when they were machined last time, so they get a light upgrade now.

If you have never raced on a track I suggest a driving school so you don't bend up your car. Fast Lane Racing School teaches at Willow Springs. Maybe hook up with them you should be set to race after that.

Let me know where you're buying your brakes from. Maybe we can get them from the same place and save on shipping.4drmadness wrote:u know what nate. i can hear a squealing sound everytime i brake, and there is a grinding sound on the drivers rear side. i think it is highlt time to get new rotors and brakes. donot like weird sounds on my car
